On behalf of ProHolland we offer you a warm welcome and we wish you a pleasant stay in the Netherlands. The Netherlands are much, much more than wooden shoes, old windmills, colourful tulips, traditional clothing and green grass.

Our mission isn’t about seeing as much as possible in a short period of time. Our goal is for you to experience the Netherlands HERE and NOW. For us, travelling is about meeting people and experiencing other cultures. At ProHolland we believe to travel has to be pure fun and ProHolland will always be at your service.

Our little, ‘under sea level’ country is so tiny you could travel and experience it in a week. But it is also a country, that is big in many other ways such as: coziness, respect, centuries of old traditions, interesting habits, the delta works, polders, flat lands, canals, the second largest port in the world, Frisian horses (entirely black), some of the finest milk cows in the world, islands, lakes, unique architecture and much more such as the eternal fight against the sea. And of course … all the famous tourist spots like: Leiden, Leidseplein, the Red Light District, Keukenhof, Haarlem, Zaanse Schans and Kinderdijk.
